Dances with deer

Watch out for deer during mating season! I literally got run over by a young buck while running down a fire road. There must of been a doe nearby and he got a little possessive and came right for me. During the attack I forced (fell backwards) myself to the ground and got a hold of his antlers and was able to restrain him. It's was definitely a surreal experience to say the least. While this transpired within seconds it seemed like an eternity. At this point I wasn't sure what to do with a deer in my hands, do you let go and would it continue to go after me? I let go after regaining my composure and he sat and watch me walk away. There's nothing like deer wrestling!
